We do alterations and repairs. Taking up hems, taking down hems, replacing zippers or buttons, replacing linings. We can adjust items you bought on line – or we may advise you when the alteration is not a good idea.
Made to Measure Suits and Shirts
We create men’s suits, business and button-down shirts, and tailored trousers. We can create historical tailored styles or contemporary. You deserve masculine clothing that fits and feels comfortable – we welcome everyone who wants a suit!
Post-Mastectomy Clothing
We have had customers seeking post-mastectomy clothing. We help them with bust inserts, reshaping clothing for new body shapes, and making new clothes for comfort around surgical scarring. Please make an appointment to have a one-on-one with a seamstress with personal experience for clients like you.
Corsetry
Corsetry is one of our specialties – a passion of ours. We make corsets of every type, burlesque and goth to posture support. We can create a wedding gown or evening wear and a corset to match or support it.
Costuming
We love costumes! We make deluxe costumes for adult visionaries and historical re-enactors, and fun, durable costumes for children. We sometimes create next-level costumes for cosplayers. Get in touch with us with your costume wishes.
